Terms of Service

1. Service description
PreSign is an AI-powered contract risk detection tool. It scans contract documents and surfaces potential risks for your review. PreSign is an informational tool — it is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
2. Not legal advice
The analysis generated by PreSign is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified attorney. Always consult a licensed attorney before signing or sending any contract with material legal or financial implications.
3. Account and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to upload contracts on behalf of third parties without their consent, and not to use PreSign for any unlawful purpose. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated.
4. Subscription and billing
Free plan accounts include 2 analyses per month at no charge. Paid plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the contracts you upload. By uploading a document, you grant PreSign a limited, temporary license solely to process it for the purpose of generating your analysis. We claim no ownership over your documents or analysis outputs.
6. Limitation of liability
PreSign is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the analysis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PreSign's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
